Mark Lovely is the Director of Nutrition and will be the head of our Nutrition Department.


Mark Lovely is the former owner and CEO of Excel Athletics, a professional nutrition and training facility designed for the special needs and guidelines of health risk management.


His Client Contracts Include players from the:

*NFL *PGA *NCAA

*NBA *MLB * Woman Softball * Soccer Men/Women


Mark is a Former Football Player at The Ohio State University. After completing his education in 1993, Mark was employed at Grant Medical Center working in the sports nutrition and therapy department.


Mark left Columbus in 1998 and relocated to N. Myrtle Beach SC and was the director of fitness for Elite Fitness.


After years of devoting his time to professional athletes. Mark began to challenge everyday people to begin a healthier approach to living and enjoying life longer. Nutrition and clean eating can be one of the hardest intakes we go through in life, but it doesn’t have to be.


Mark has spent 25 years working with the top professional sports nutritionist across the country designing a way everyone can be assured a safe approach to losing weight and decreasing body-fat.


In addition, Mark has given nutrition lectures and sports teams nutrition plans for fifteen years combined with his twenty-five years of experience.
